MSc in Management in Construction

This top-up degree programme is designed for those wishing to undertake a challenging programme of study which will enable them to educate in depth many aspects of the Mechanical & Mechatronics Engineering area with a view to entering into a career in related industries as a Mechanical Engineer. The module mix and course equips graduates with the knowledge, comprehension and intellectual ability and subject practical skills to become a professional mechanical engineer and to follow careers in related professional areas. Employability is a key element of the course and hence the emphasis is on management, communication, interpersonal and technical skills that enhance employment prospects.

- Estimating Tendering & Procurement
- Management of Project Risk Quality & Safety
- Legal Obligations and Conditions of Contract
- Business in Practice

- Dissertation

Suitable for :

An honors degree in civil engineering or equivalent in related disciplines (architecture, surveying, building, and construction) with a minimum of 2nd class lower division and/or suitable industry experience.
